Parents and Guardians of Queen Creek Junior High Students,
The 2026-2027 school year will arrive before we know it and I would like to provide you with some important information regarding the athletic program at QCJH. Please see the information below for important dates, documents, and websites that will be crucial to ensuring that your child is ready for athletic tryouts and participation at Queen Creek Junior High.
Register My Athlete: Attached are instructions for registering on Register My Athlete (RMA), which is required for your student to try out for a sport.
AIA Physical Forms: These must be completed by a physician and parent, then uploaded to RMA. Forms can be downloaded from RMA or by searching "AIA Physical Examination Documents" online. Hard copies are available in our front office. A link is also provided below.
Physical must have been completed March 1, 2026 or later
Pages 1-4 and Page 8 of the Physical forms are required. Pages 9-10 are items that you will electronically acknowledge within the system, so they do not need to be uploaded with the Physical paperwork.
RMA Requirements: To try out, students must have completed the Physical Form, uploaded certificates for the Brainbook Concussion and Opioid Awareness courses, AIA Hazing Prevention Course, and RMA Acknowledgements.
**NOTE: When creating an account on AZ Preps365, Queen Creek Junior High will not be an option, nor will choosing 7th or 8th grade. Please select the “Register as Middle School Guest” option. The courses only need to be completed once and are good through high school graduation.
Athletic Fee: The fee is due only if your child makes a team and is paid via the InTouch Online Payment system or in the front office, not through RMA. Payment is required before participating in any games/meets. Athletic Fee amount coming soon.
Parent Meeting: A meeting will be scheduled once teams are formed to discuss important information for the season.
Cheer and Pom Fees: These are three-quarter sports and the total fee can be paid at once during 1st quarter or can be paid in separate installments each quarter. Please note that there will be additional fees associated with these activities (Equipment, Shoes, Etc.) Athletic Fee amount coming soon.
1st Quarter Tryout Dates: RMA Registration must be complete prior to try-out
Boys Baseball and Girls Volleyball: July 23, 24, 27, from 4:00-5:45 PM.
Wrestling: Practice starts July 23 (no tryouts needed) M-F 4:00-5:30 PM (Wednesday Wrestling practices are optional)
Pom: TBD July 27, 28, 29 from 5:30-7:00 PM in the QCJH Gym
Cheer: July 29 from 2:00-5:30 PM in the QCJH Gym
A secured room will be available for athletes to store their belongings (Bags, Gear, Etc.)
